We’re currently looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our company and help set up a new department. Its goal will be to ensure the proper operation, availability, and upkeep of equipment — mainly focused on photovoltaic plants and other renewable energy equipment (transformer substations) — ensuring their operational continuity, safety, efficiency, and compliance with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.

Your main RESPONSIBILITIES will include:

• Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks according to the established schedule.
• Performing corrective maintenance in response to breakdowns and incidents.
• Diagnosing basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Overseeing the proper operation of machinery and production facilities.
• Supporting quality control and commissioning tasks.
• Recording work carried out and incidents detected.
• Proposing improvements aimed at equipment reliability and efficiency.

We’re looking for candidates with one of the following QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical training (vocational training/engineering degree) in MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, ELECTROMECHANICAL, INDUSTRIAL, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the roles described, ideally in industrial or renewable energy environments.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• Intermediate English is a plus.
