We’re currently looking to bring a CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS SPECIALIST onto our team in Salamanca.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and reviewing civil, commercial, service, and supply contracts.
- Legal analysis of contractual clauses.
- Contract negotiation with clients and suppliers.
- Managing legal procedures with public administrations and official bodies.
- Overseeing regulatory compliance and identifying legal risks.
- Supporting invoice payment tracking and control.
- Supporting project follow-up.
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in the tasks described, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
- Solid legal knowledge.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- English level B2–C1.
