We are currently looking for a methodical, organized R&D DEPARTMENT COORDINATOR with a technical profile to lead the operational management of our energy device development projects. Your main mission will be to ensure that all projects strictly meet the established deadlines and budgets, coordinate prototype manufacturing with the workshop, and oversee all the technical documentation and reports needed for the department’s success.
What will your main RESPONSIBILITIES be?:
- Schedule and Budget Control (PMO): Planning, monitoring, and controlling the milestones, timelines, and costs of each R&D project to prevent deviations.
- Coordination with Workshop and Production: Managing the interface between the design team and the workshop for the manufacturing, assembly, and integration of prototypes and test pilots.
- Test Plan Management: Coordinating the testing, trials, and validation schedule for devices, ensuring results are properly recorded.
- Documentation and Reports Oversight: Leading the preparation, organization, and filing of all technical documentation: manuals, technical data sheets, supporting reports, test reports, and photographic records of prototype progress.
- Resource and Purchasing Management: Coordinating the procurement of components, tools, and materials needed for the department’s development work, managing relationships with technical suppliers.
- Internal Reporting: Preparing periodic reports on project status, milestones achieved, and the department’s financial health for Management.
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A degree in Technical/Higher Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial) or a Higher Vocational Training qualification in manufacturing/maintenance areas, with solid project management experience.
- Knowledge of or certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum) highly valued.
- 3–5 years of minimum experience coordinating technical projects, managing technical offices, or acting as a liaison between engineering and the workshop/factory.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to read drawings, electrical diagrams, and hardware engineering documentation.
- Experience drafting and structuring official technical reports and quality documentation.
- Fluent English (B2/C1) for reading and writing technical documentation.
