Grants aimed at encouraging the hiring of young women aged 18–30 in occupations with underrepresentation of women

In 2024, MEINS CONSULTING, S.L.U. received a grant of €9,042.06 from the Social Services Management of Castilla y León, aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and the hiring of young women aged 18 to 30 in sectors with low female representation.

This aid, awarded under Order FAM/447/2024 of May 15 and the Resolution of June 28, 2024, aims to promote equal employment opportunities, foster female labor market integration, and reduce the gender gap in sectors where women’s participation is low.

Through this initiative, MEINS CONSULTING, S.L.U. strengthens its commitment to gender equality, youth employment, and corporate social responsibility in Castilla y León.

      This transformer station is designed to connect to a battery container equipped with integrated string inverters. The power capacity is fully customizable, depending on the specifications and capacity of the battery container, with a maximum power capacity of up to 7 MW.
