At MEINS, we are looking for a Project Planner & Data Analyst to join our team and ensure proper planning, monitoring, and control of the manufacturing and delivery of industrial equipment for renewable energy projects.
This is a key role to ensure that production progresses as scheduled, that critical materials arrive on time, and that our projects meet the deadlines agreed upon with clients.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Project planning and monitoring
- Design, update, and optimize project schedules in coordination with Project Managers and technical teams.
- Coordinate tasks, timelines, and dependencies across internal departments and external suppliers.
- Continuously monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that equipment manufacturing and delivery are executed on time according to the plan.
Data management and reporting
- Design, maintain, and improve operational databases to track production, incidents, and KPIs.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to manufacturing, deadlines, deliveries, and performance.
- Develop reports and dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI) to support decision-making.
- Ensure document traceability and record control throughout the project lifecycle.
Material control and internal logistics
- Verify that critical material receipts align with the production schedule.
- Identify supply risks, delays, or shortages, and coordinate actions with purchasing, warehouse, and suppliers.
- Prevent bottlenecks through forward planning and continuous analysis.
What we need from you
- Vocational or academic training in IT, administration, data analysis, or related fields.
- Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools (Power BI a plus).
- Highly organized, methodical person with strong ability to work with data and schedules.
- Ability to coordinate tasks with multiple departments and manage information in parallel.
- Proactivity to detect problems before they occur and propose solutions.
- Interest in industry, production, and continuous process improvement.
- Experience with Sage 200 is a plus.
