Our team is still growing, and to support this journey we are looking for an HR/RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT to join our headquarters in Salamanca and provide support with the administrative tasks of the department.
We are looking for someone passionate about Human Resources, methodical, highly organized, adaptable, and with great attention to detail.
Main responsabilities
1. Personnel Administration and Management:
- Administrative management of labor documentation: databases, new hires, employee files…
- Administrative procedures and communications with Social Security and other official agencies.
- Management of monthly incidents, payroll review, and calculations.
- Processing hires, terminations, and working time changes with Social Security.
- Monitoring absenteeism, work hours registration, leave, and vacations.
2. Communication with educational institutions (Institutes, Universities…) for managing internship calls.
3. Communication with Temporary Employment Agencies (ETTs): requesting new employees, managing documentation.
4. Recruitment and Selection:
- Screening and filing resumes.
- Managing candidate databases.
- Active candidate sourcing.
- Support in phone and in-person interviews.
What do we need from you?
- Vocational training (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Administration, Labor/Business Management, or Human Resources.
- Experience in the described functions is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor area procedures is a plus: payroll calculation, contract processing, communications with Social Security…
- Experience with Sage 200 is a plus.
