Founded by Julián Herrero, the company is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.

MEINS operates three core business lines: Renewable Energies (photovoltaic transformer stations and substations), Industry & Infrastructure (electrical panels and industrial installations), and R&D+i (innovation in energy solutions). The company is headquartered in Villares de la Reina (Salamanca, Spain), with an additional facility in Coreses (Zamora, Spain). MEINS manufactures prefabricated concrete enclosures for transformer stations, offering compact, plug-and-play solutions that reduce civil works and installation time. The company has delivered projects in Europe, Latin America, Australia, the UK, and other global markets.
