EXPERIENCE THE MEINS WAY
We’re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development and execution of technical solutions in the field of ELECTRICAL SUBSTATIONS.
You will work in close coordination with various technical departments and provide strategic insight to ensure the technical and commercial feasibility of each project—while identifying new opportunities for improvement and growth.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
✅ Comprehensive management of ELECTRICAL SUBSTATION projects, from award to commissioning
✅ Planning, coordination, and supervision of technical, logistical, and administrative project activities
✅ Serving as liaison with clients, engineering firms, suppliers, and contractors
✅ Monitoring timeline compliance, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective action plans
✅ Coordinating internal teams (engineering, procurement, quality, HSE, construction) to ensure efficient execution aligned with project goals
✅ Providing technical support during project execution, ensuring correct interpretation of specifications and regulations
✅ Preparing and reviewing technical project documentation
✅ Managing scope changes, technical claims, and incident resolution during project execution
✅ Tracking KPIs related to quality, cost, time, and customer satisfaction
✅ Researching and analyzing market trends within the sector
✅ Actively participating in marketing and sales strategies, contributing with technical insights
✅ Driving continuous improvement across substation development processes
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
🔌 Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
📈 5+ years of experience in electrical substation project management, preferably in EPC or turnkey environments
💼 Solid knowledge and application of international, local, and utility-specific regulations
📋 Proven ability to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects, coordinating technical teams, suppliers, and clients
🧐 Strong technical and operational mindset, focused on process optimization and continuous improvement
🤝 Ability to thrive in multidisciplinary environments
🌐 English level B2/C1 (for communication with international clients and suppliers)
